I think a lot of people would question the whole 'parts bin bike' part of it.

That's the best part IMO!

I have some NACA ducts if you want them...... :laughing6-hehe:

So far, the donor bike list goes:

- CBR900RR forks & triples
- steering stem from 86 VFR700
- rear shock from CBR600F4i
- swingarm from 900RR
- front wheel from CBR600F3 / brakes from 900RR
- rear wheel from 900RR / rear rotor from CBR1000RR
- possibly a set of F4i wheels
- cush drive/rear sprocket from VF500F
- front sprocket from RC30
- header from CB1100F
- Arata slip-on from RC51
- Trail Tech Vapor gauge meant for Suzuki DR
- Vortex rearsets from CBR600F3
- 900RR front brake master
- CBR600F4 clutch perch
- mirror mounts from Suzuki BKing

Amazingly enough, no VFR parts yet... :laughing6-hehe:

As always Seb, you amaze me with your talents.

This will look incredible when finished and will keep watching with interest.

Best wishes it goes smoothly in the build.

So in other words, after this you're going to have room in the garage.

Some bikes end up being a project. Yoshi manages to make it a career.

No no no. This is the precision toolboard. The hammer resides elsewhere.

If you and I were close with the equipment in my garage and the combined enthusiasm for projects, we'd be quite entertaining. What's the final result to be?

Note the relocated dual shocks!

Can I convince you to paint it flat black?

Just when we thought the Early VFR section was safe...

What sort of equipment have you got?

Mill, lathe. tube benders, sheet metal brake, bead roller, sheet metal roller, tig, 6 paint guns, grinders, buffers, large air comp., Enough that I built dragsters from scratch and maintained them. I don't have any cnc, yet. I'm thinking of a cafe racer with modern suspension. I have a F4I swingarm hiding and I'm looking at front ends. I just don't know what the bike will be yet.
