Where'd you source the headlight? What size is it? I'm trying to find something remotely affordable for my fighter?

It's an automotive 7" round light from eBay, fitted to the stock CB headlight bucket. The light uses an H4 bulb, so that lets me fit an H4 HID kit.

Had a bit of a slowdown while I rearranged the shop to make room for a new machine. Getting back into things now.

Rearstand brackets are done, minus paint. the blocks will remain bare and the brackets will be painted the same bronze color as the triples.

love it.

Can I convince you to paint it flat black?

Looking good. The carb area is crying out for a set of flatslides methinks.

We strongly recommend that you use only genuine Honda accessories that have been specifically designed and tested for your motorcycle. We strongly advise you not to remove any original equipment or modify your motorcycle in any way that would change its design or operation. Such changes could seriously impair your motorcycle’s handling, stability and braking, making it unsafe to ride.

The can is a work in progress, I'm recycling endcaps and innards from a crashed titanium Arata can. The parts have to be reworked & resized to work with the different oval shape of the carbon sleeve I have. Both caps were convex. Because the inlet cap was out of shape, the easiest way to make it work was to hammer it flat.

Hope to have the exhaust wrapped up this week. I also reworked the stainless header so it will be ready to go after I rebuild the cylinder head.

Had to make sure I wasn't going to toast my boots...
