Im sure this has been covered but cant seem to find it..
What other bikes and generation vfrs wheels fit a 6th gen 02+
Also any modifications needed.
Im looking for a second set of rimsto mount on the 06 vfr so I can just swap tires/wheels as needed.
Do 5th gen wheels swap with 6th gen. ??
I have heard 4th gen rears are wider and rub the swingarm ??
Are f4i fronts plun n play for a 6th gen ??

4gen rear are 5.0 wide
3gen front require 3gen rotors
5/6gen will be plug and play for you
going backwards on rear wheel swaps: 5/6gen wheel onto a 3/4 gen swingarm require modding to clear brake rotor bolts
3/4gen rears will bolt to 5/6 gen swingarm without mods.
No other rears bolt on to any gen vfr without major mods (ducati, triumph, rc30/45, etc).
cbr600f3 fronts will fit and same rotors.
F4i and superhawk fronts will work and use same rotors but design won't match (3 spoke).

I don't think the F3 rotors are the same, but the 99-00 F4 rotors are exactly the same and would be a bolt up deal other then the 3 spoke like FM said.
Also F4i's use different rotors than the VFR, but should work if you use the wheel with rotor combo.

Some definites that I can add:
- the VFR axle will hold the F4i wheel in the VFR(6th gen), I do not know if the VFR spacers will properly center the wheel, or if the F4i rotors will line up.
- F4i wheel needs F4i rotors
- 5th & 6th gen VFR wheels need F4 or 5th or 6th gen rotors.
- 5th & 6th gen VFRs run a 5.5" rear wheel
