Cool idea!is it a decal or painted?
Paint. Satin Black to match belly pan and Naca Duct black plastic. It slims down the look of the mid section of the bike that looks kinda thick IMO.

What exhaust is that. I like the look. I have a 95 VFR and looking to do some work on it this summer.
Staintune high right side slip-on pipe. Very popular with a lot of VFR owners. Got it more than 5 years ago when they first started selling the brand in the US. Look up "CBT imports" in the web. I think they are still the US Distributors for the brand form Australia. Dunno how much they are these days, but I think it cost me about 500 dollars back then,OTR.
Some find it a little loud if you take offthe removable tip baffle "spud", but I like the sound. Some compare the unbaffled sound to a small block V8 race engine. Very high quality pipe with high polish finish and flawless welds. :)
